Terms of service

By placing an order with Popeyee Printing, you agree to the following terms:

Custom Orders

All products sold by Popeyee Printing are custom, made-to-order items based on designs, text, or images submitted by the customer. By submitting a design, you confirm that you have the right to use it (see Legal Notice below).

Design Approval Process

After you submit your design or idea, our design team will prepare a final print-ready version and send it to you for approval. Printing will only begin after you approve the final design.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required upfront, before production begins. This is because each order is custom-made specifically for you once the design is approved. We currently accept payment via Bank Transfer / Benefit Pay.

Order Accuracy

Please review your design carefully during the approval step. Once approved and sent to print, changes cannot be made.

Delivery

We currently deliver within Bahrain only. Estimated delivery time is 2–3 working days after your design is approved and payment is confirmed.

Limitation of Liability

While we take great care in producing high-quality prints, Popeyee Printing is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g., courier delays, incorrect address provided by customer).

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
