Refund policy

At Popeyee Printing, every order is custom-made based on your design. Because of this, our return and refund policy works differently from standard retail products.

Before Printing

Once you submit your design or idea, our team will prepare a final design and send it to you for approval. If you change your mind or want to cancel your order before printing has started, a return/cancellation is possible. After Printing

Once your design has been approved and printing has begun or is completed, we are unable to accept returns or refunds for a change of mind. This is because each item is custom-produced specifically for you and cannot be resold.

If the Mistake is Ours

If you receive an item with a printing defect, damage, or an error that occurred on our side (incorrect design applied, print quality issue, wrong item, etc.), we will reprint the item for you at no additional cost.

Complaint and Replacement Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to report any issue and request a replacement. Please contact us within this window with your order details and photos of the issue so we can assist you quickly.
